I have been placed at Edelweiss, and am writing this blog to share end-to-end placement experience. I am writing this post after a few of months of my placement and tried to be as precise as possible

About the company:
The Edelweiss Group is one of India's leading diversified financial services companies
providing a broad range of financial products and services to a substantial and
diversified client base that includes corporations, institutions and individuals.
Edelweiss's products and services span multiple asset classes and consumer segments
across domestic and global geographies.

Job Description:
Company: Edelweiss Financial Services.
Domain of Work: Fintech (Financial Technologies)
Type: Product Based
Role Offered: Data and cloud Engineer
Other Roles: Devops Engineer
CTC Offered: 10.00 LPA

Interview Rounds:

Round 1: Hackerrank coding test. The questions were of moderate complexity. It involved medium to high level knowledge about python and DSA. The question revolved around arrays, strings and Graphs. They expect you to be very good with DSA(Data Structures and Algorithms). Also, DSA consists of approx. 75% of the entire technical process of selection, with multiple languages allowed like Python, Java, C and C++. There were no development related questions.

Round 2: It was a resume based shortlisting round. Be sure to update your resume according to the JD keywords for higher probability of getting shortlisted. After resume shortlisting, a technical round was started. Technical round was quite interesting. It started with the famous “Tell us about yourself”. The only way to crack it is to have a good understanding of the projects you mentioned in your resume. You have to be confident and well researched about the company.

Round 3: It was a HR round, where our strengths, weaknesses, family background, locations, and some situation based questions to understand how one handles pressure were asked.
